DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO RESEARCH OF FUNCTIONS OF RELATIVE PERMEABILITY BY THE METHOD OF UNSTEADY STATE DISPLACEMENT (JBN)

Abstract

The article deals with an original methodical approach to the construction of the functions of relative permeability based on statistical characteristics of inhomogeneity filtration properties. The evaluation of the influence of the degree of inhomogeneity of filtration properties and ratio of the viscosities of the filtering phases on the character functions relative permeabilities is estimated. Displaying the qualitative discrepancy of the dependencies of the average filtration rate and the flow rate of the displacing phase on the saturation in the outlet section of the experimental sample is shown, which fundamentally changes the concept of the character of the two-phase displacement process.
